Weiner Ventures is a real estate and venture capital investment firm.

Weiner Ventures’ real estate portfolio is focused primarily on mixed-use projects throughout Boston.  Investments include the former Museum of Natural History in Back Bay, now the home of Restoration Hardware; mixed-use projects in the Fenway including The Verb Hotel and the Pierce Boston residential and retail tower at the gateway intersection of Boylston Street and Brookline Avenue; and mixed-use projects in Allston including the Continuum residential and retail development and the Labworks life-sciences, biotech office, and residential development.

We have partnered on a wide variety of projects developed, owned, and managed by real estate development firms S.R. Weiner & Associates and WS Development, including Mandarin Oriental in Boston, The Street in Chestnut Hill, and Derby Street Shoppes in Hingham.

Weiner Ventures’ venture capital investment arm focuses on opportunities that are redefining the future through innovative ideas, methods, and technologies. Investment sectors include biotech, lighting, software, retailers, entertainment and gaming, health and wellness, and consumer products and services.
