The first project in a decade-long vision for the Harvard neighborhood within Allston, Continuum is a new residential and retail destination that will link the community and serve as a catalyst for the long-term transformation of the entire area. Continuum's "meet-and-mix" vision for the neighborhood and the University has been translated into an engaging development plan that features two distinct residential buildings connected by a vibrant street level retail base with shops, restaurants, public gathering spots, open green space, and widened pedestrian-friendly, tree-lined sidewalks.

Continuum incorporates state-of-the-art sustainable features in its design -- both retail and residential -- to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
