Pierce Boston, a visually striking residential tower, will rise 30 stories and serve as the gateway to the Fenway area. The top floor will feature an outdoor pool and roof deck with cabanas, as well as an indoor lounge with a suspended glass floor, fireplaces, and dramatic views. Located at the intersection of Boylston Street and Brookline Avenue, Pierce Boston is scheduled to open in early 2018 and will be a key element of even further revitalizing the surrounding neighborhood and providing an important pedestrian connection to Fenway Park, Landmark Center, the Emerald Necklace, and the Longwood Medical Area.
